1 baked pie crust
fresh fruit 3-4 cups
Glaze:
1 cup mashed fruit
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Line and fill crust with fresh fruit ( 3-4 cups).
Mix 1 cup fruit, 1/3 cup water, and 1/4 cup sugar in a pan; heat at medium and bring to a boil.
In a separate cup mix together 1-1/2 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and add to mixture in pan. Remove from heat and stir for 1 min and cool for 1 min.
Pour over fruit in pie crust. Chill for 2-3 hours.
